The NTP100-GNSS is a compact 1U NTP time server that synchronises directly with GNSS satellites for Stratum 1 time. With multi-constellation reception (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou) you are not dependent on a single satellite system and you retain lock under partial sky obstruction. Plug-and-play installation, configuration via WinDiscovery or web interface, and a typical NTP output accuracy of ±2 milliseconds. Ideal for IT environments, hospitals, schools and smaller dispatch centres that do not need a full grandmaster platform.

Frequently asked questions
Is the NTP100-GPS still available?
No. The NTP100-GPS has been retired and replaced by the NTP100-GNSS. The difference is that the GNSS variant receives all satellite constellations (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou), not GPS only. This gives better lock stability and is the current industry standard.
Which antenna should I order?
A Masterclock GNSS outdoor antenna is included as standard. The maximum permitted cable length depends on the cable type; for most installations (up to several tens of metres) the included kit is sufficient. For longer distances an active inline amplifier may be required. Request advice before ordering.
What happens if the GNSS signal drops out briefly?
The NTP100-GNSS has an internal oscillator that holds time during short signal losses. For longer holdover requirements (hours to days) choose the NTP100-OSC or a GMR grandmaster with an OCXO or Rubidium option.
What is the lead time for this product?
Standard lead time is 8-10 weeks from Masterclock USA. Daylight bv stocks the most common references in Ghent. Contact us for current availability and any rush options.
What warranty do you get on this product?
5-year limited parts and labour warranty via Daylight bv as authorised Masterclock distributor. Carry-in for customers in the EEA, on-site available by prior arrangement. See [five-year warranty](/en/knowledge-base/five-year-warranty/).
