How do I change the colour of the LUX26?
Via the WinDiscovery software, the web interface or SSH. You select a fixed colour from the full 16-million-colour palette or schedule colour profiles by time of day. No hardware intervention is required, everything is done over the network.
Can the LUX26 also read timecode input (IRIG or SMPTE)?
Optionally yes. The LUX26 can be ordered with a timecode input for IRIG-B, SMPTE 12M or EBU (24/25/30 fps and 29.97 df). By default the unit works with NTP input over Ethernet.
What is the viewing distance of the 5.8 cm display?
According to the Masterclock datasheet, approximately 30 metres under normal indoor lighting. For greater distances the NTDS44 (10.2 cm) or NTDS84 (18 cm) variants are available.
