TAI

TAI (Temps Atomique International) is a continuous time scale derived from hundreds of atomic clocks worldwide. TAI has no leap seconds and therefore runs on steadily.
UTC equals TAI minus a whole number of leap seconds. Since January 2017: UTC = TAI − 37 seconds.
